Anna Arustamyan

Anna Arustamyan was born in 1981 in Kapan, Armenia.

She graduated with distinction from the piano department of Kapan Art School and the same year she entered Kapan College of Music.

From 1998 to 2001 Anna continued her study at the piano department of Ryazan Music School (RF). She had played many musical performances in different cities of Russia. After graduation with distinction she got a qualification of teacher, concertmaster, tutor and music teacher.

In 2001-2007, she worked as a piano teacher, concertmaster, curator and master of ceremonies at the Kapan State Musical College. She participated in music festivals and concerts in all the cities of Syunik region.

In 2007 she graduated from Yerevan University of Culture. At the same years she studied organ in the class of People’s Artist of RA Vahagn Stamboltsyan at Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory as well as she studied "Organ studies" in the class of David Gilanyan. Later on she took organ master classes in Anna Bakounts’s class.

After many years of silence, the organ of Kapan finally sounded during Anna Arustamyan’s recital. Up to present she has appeared in numerous concerts and recitals on the stages of Kapan Art College, Charentsavan Music School, "Aram Khachaturian" Concert Hall, The Union of Composers and Komitas Chamber Music Hall.

Now Anna Arustamyan lives in Yerevan and participates in the monthly organ concerts at Komitas Chamber Music Hall.
